Xcentrix Terms of Service

Version 2.0 — Effective 2026-08-XX

1. Service Description

Xcentrix provides the XCore Intelligence Platform: industrial environmental monitoring and alarm notification services. Our system monitors sensor data from connected devices and delivers alert notifications via SMS, email, push notifications, and voice calls when configurable thresholds are exceeded or devices go offline.

2. Acceptance

By claiming an XCore or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organisation to these terms.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS alert notifications from Xcentrix related to environmental monitoring alarms.
  • Message frequency varies based on alarm conditions and your configured alert settings.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS notifications.
  • Reply HELP for support information.
  • SMS is not guaranteed for time-critical alerts. Network delays and carrier issues may affect delivery.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Xcentrix service only for lawful purposes related to environmental and equipment monitoring. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Xcentrix provides monitoring and notification services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliable delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or immediate notification delivery. Xcentrix shall not be liable for any damages arising from delayed, missed, or failed notifications, or from sensor data inaccuracies. Users should not rely solely on Xcentrix alerts for life-safety decisions.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but may experience downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@xcentrix.net.

8. Governing Law
